Dr. Webster was accepted into the Genetics Society of America GSA Journals Peer Review Training Program. This competitive program trains postdoctoral and early career researchers in the peer review process. Dr. Webster will be an early career reviewer for Genetics and G3 for 2024 - 2026.
DR. WEBSTER AWARDED AN F32

Dr. Webster was awarded an F32 from the NIH through NIAID entitled "Sex Specific Regulation of B1 B Cell Self-Renewal and Natural Antibody Production". Congrats to Dr. Webster!
R01 AWARDED TO DR. HOLODICK
June 2023
Dr. Holodick was awarded an R01 from NIAID in conjunction with Dr. Momoko Yoshimoto entitled "The developmental pathway of fetal-derived B cells". This grant focuses on understanding how B1 cells develop! Congrats to Dr. Holodick!

Dr. Webster was selected as a 2023-2024 AAI Public Policy Fellow. The PPFP provides early-career researchers, who are committed to a career in biomedical research, with the opportunity to learn about and participate in the public policy and legislative activities of AAI. Dr. Webster presented at the 2022 Michigan Biology of Cardiovascular Aging Symposium in Ann Arbor, MI.

Dr. Webster will be delivering two oral presentations and two poster presentations at the 2022 AAI meeting in Portland, Oregon.
R01 TO DR. HOLODICK

Our NIH R01 was funded through the NIAID. This grant focuses on understanding the role of sex during the aging process in affecting the ability of natural antibodies to provide protection from pneumococcal infection.
